Lance Mulfard
~.:Friends:.~
Friends...? Well Lance isn't really 'friend' material. Sure, he may seem like a good buddy to someone at one minute, but he could easily back stab them the next in order to receive some kind of advantage for living. However, if you seem like a person who could keep things interesting in the world, he may help you out here and there just so he can watch you from the shadows. That's the best form of true friendship that you could have with this guy.
~.:Lovers:.~
Lance is single, BUT he does not hold romantic feelings (or good feelings) towards anyone. At the moment, if he was in a relationship with someone, it would be to only get information or supplies. Or perhaps for some fun after breaking up with the person and watching them rage or cry.
~.:Enemies:.~
Enemies...well Lance doesn't necessarily hate anyone for that matter, but he may be willing to 'show them some pain' if they look to happy for him, or if he is bored. Things like this makes him an easy enemy for people to make. Then again, even enemies may ask him for information since he keeps tabs on people.

I really had to think hard about this one. Very hard. I mean, it took a lot of thought, I must have sat here for, what, thirty minutes? But I finally come to the conclusion that they would be...
Sort of.
As you said, he isn't quite the friend person, so they wouldn't be all buddy-buddy. They wouldn't be the two to invite each other over for tea and chat about the weather or anything. However, at the same time, I really couldn't see Misty hating him. Really. He just isn't the type of person who could strike a nerve with her. Sure, the fact that he's....er, psychotic, -not meaning this at all in the insulting way- isn't the best, but that's not exactly something that would revert her to the I-Will-Destroy-You-And-Your-Entire-Family mode. She wouldn't see him as someone she could trust. I guess she would just acknowledge and, to a degree, I suppose she would... respect, might be the best word in this case, him, in a very slight way. It's... Lord, this is hard to put in words. I guess she would just see think of him as "Oh, yeah, I know him, he's that guy." More of acquaintances than friends, really. But not enemies, and certainly not lovers :p
I definitely fell in love with your character though, I do hope we get to roleplay sometime, it would prove especially... interesting (:

Lance & El Friends with force Haha okay so maybe it wont work out but OH MAH GAWD this character fascinates me so much I can't help it. A song comes to mind to date my avatar! Haha epic song. Hmm.. Could go that she doesn't trust him when he first arrives, then he bumps himself up in ranks and she kinda finds him interesting but would most likely never act upon anything. Then something DRASTIC happens and he slips up and she looses trust in him again and maybe he gets banned from the group but continues to stalk the premises at times! Or not O____O totally just rambling ideas haha.

Wow would Mark not like Lance. Enemies but not of the hate kind, more of the genuine dislike and intolerance for the others existence kind. Course Mark isn't exactly overly physical so Lance would really need to do something horrible for the two to come to fists. More than likely Mark would either ignore, use sarcasm, or indirectly insult lance should they ever be around each other for to long.
side note "date my avatar" = epic song indeed. "game on" and "I'm the one that's cool" = epic 2
